ABOUT MY MUSIC LESSONS
Welcome to my music studio!
I offer music lessons from pre-school group classes to individual piano and violin tuition. All ages are welcome!
The music studio is run from my home in Colinton, Edinburgh. There is plenty of free on-street parking.
My background is I trained at Napier Polytechnic in Edinburgh, and RSAMD (now the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland) in Glasgow, (1980 - 1984). I spent several years teaching in various schools. Alongside this, I set up my own music studio from the family home.
My goal as a music teacher is to instil a lifetime love of music and allow freedom for pupils to be creative.
I am constantly looking for new ideas and enjoy attending seminars and CPD teaching days which provide up-to-date and fresh material to bring to lessons.
